Eye Point Optometry seeks to provide you with the best possible eye care. In order for us to meet our standards, it is important for you to review our practice policies.
Attendance Policies
Arrival Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure timely service.
No Show Policy
Due to increased demand for eye care, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment. A no show fee of $35 may be charged if 48 hours notice is not provided.
Appointment Cancelation
We understand that things happen that may prevent you from being able to make it to your appointment. If that occurs, we ask that you please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us to get you rescheduled without risking a no show fee of $35.
How to Cancel an Appointment
To cancel an appointment, please call 336-422-7136 and speak with one of our representatives or leave a detailed message OR use our Contact form to email us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
